Each browser has its own way of activating accesskeys. In FireFox, you press
ALT+SHIFT+[accesskey] on your keyboard. In Safari, the keyboard combination is
CTRL+[accesskey]. In Internet Explorer, press ALT+[accesskey], then release both
keys and press ENTER.
